Infinity Lighting Pty Ltd offers reliable worldwide shipping for our custom LED neon signs. We comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and aim for transparency in all processes. Shipping times may vary due to custom manufacturing—contact us for urgent needs.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are custom-made and processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). This includes design confirmation, manufacturing, and quality checks. Once ready, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.

2. Shipping Methods & Couriers
We partner with reliable couriers like Australia Post, DHL, FedEx, or Global Express, chosen based on your location. Standard shipping is default; expedited options available for an extra fee (quoted at checkout or via email infinitylighting@gmail.com)
3. Shipping Times & Destinations
Delivery estimates start after processing. We ship worldwide, but times vary by location and customs.

4. Shipping Fees
- Australia: Free standard shipping—no hidden fees.
- International: Extra fees apply, but we subsidize a portion (e.g., you pay a reduced rate like $20-$50 AUD vs. full carrier cost). Calculated at checkout based on order details.
- Expedited: Additional fees for faster delivery, displayed upfront.
- All prices in AUD, GST included for AU orders. No liability for currency fluctuations.
5. Customs, Duties, & Taxes (International Orders)
You're responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees outside Australia—these are not included in our shipping costs. Fees vary by country; check your local customs. We ship DAP (Delivered at Place), with duties payable on arrival. Delays from customs are beyond our control and not refundable.
6. Tracking Information
- Tracking link emailed upon shipment (activates in 24 hours).
- No update after 5 business days? Email us at infinitylighting@gmail.com.
- Track directly via the courier's website.
7. Missed, Delayed, or Damaged Deliveries
- Delays: Transit issues are courier-managed—we assist but aren't liable post-dispatch.
- Missed Delivery: If marked delivered but missing, check surroundings/neighbors, wait 24 hours, then contact us and the courier.
- Damaged Items: Inspect immediately. Report within 24 hours with photos/videos of damage and packaging. We'll handle claims if transit-related (cross-reference our Return & Refund Policy).
- Lost Packages: Contact us if overdue—we'll investigate with the courier.
Note: Risk passes to you once the order leaves our facility. No responsibility for post-delivery loss/theft.
