7. Missed, Delayed, or Damaged Deliveries

Delays: Transit issues are courier-managed—we assist but aren't liable post-dispatch.

Damaged Items: Inspect immediately. Report within 24 hours with photos/videos of damage and packaging. We'll handle claims if transit-related (cross-reference our Return & Refund Policy).
Lost Packages: Contact us if overdue—we'll investigate with the courier.
